Developed a real-time audio recording system for capturing sales conversations with customers and a process to merge audio chunks into a single playable version, using Lambda and FFmpeg, processing 50-55 GB of data monthly. Implemented Docker for containerizing applications (websocket server, workers) and automated deployment via GitHub Actions to AWS ECR.
Developed a full-stack dashboard for tracking customer profiles, profile completion metrics, and management of sales teams (10-20 salespeople per dealership). Integrated AI-generated insights from customer-salesperson interactions, improving sales team performance by 60%. Product actively used by 10 dealerships with a total of 100-200 salespeople, resulting in a 70% increase in operational efficiency and customer interaction quality across all dealerships.
Implemented a feature to send F&I forms to customers via SMS, reducing manual overhead. Managed SMS status tracking, which enhanced customer engagement with 35% higher response rates.
Implemented NewRelic for better logging and monitoring of infrastructure and applications., including servers, frontend, web sockets, and background workers.
Refined frontend API fetching logic by centralizing all service calls into a single service. Reduced code duplication and improving the maintainability and scalability of the application.

Developed features including profile creation, commenting, liking, chat with media sharing, and integrated a full dashboard UI.
